Grief can result from many types of loss—not only the death of a loved one. The Grief Recovery Method® Group is an eight-week, action-based educational program designed to help participants identify and address the unresolved emotions connected to loss.

In a supportive virtual small-group environment, participants will learn practical tools that can help them move beyond the pain that has been limiting their lives.
