Marriage is sacred, and preparation matters. Through the SYMBIS Premarital Program, I provide mental health support services for engaged and seriously dating couples, helping them strengthen emotional awareness, communication skills, and relational understanding. These Christ-centered, non-clinical sessions help couples prepare mentally, spiritually, and relationally for a lifelong commitment grounded in unity and faith.
Healing after loss is possible. As a Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist®, I offer faith-based mental health support services to help individuals work through the pain of grief—including loss from death, divorce, transitions, or other life changes. Through a structured, evidence-informed process, clients receive guidance to process unresolved emotions, build resilience, and rediscover hope and purpose in a safe, non-clinical environment.
Faith-centered coaching designed to help women move forward after setbacks, rediscover identity, and reconnect with God’s purpose for their lives. Coaching sessions focus on emotional clarity, goal-setting, mindset support, and spiritual growth. Clients gain tools to strengthen resilience, increase confidence, and walk boldly into the next chapter of their journey.
This service provides faith-based, non-clinical mental health support services focused on guidance, personal growth, and emotional support. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or licensed mental health treatment.
