The holidays can be a beautiful season, but they can also bring reminders of loss, disappointment, change, and the people or experiences we wish were still part of our lives.
If you're entering this season carrying grief, navigating a difficult transition, or simply finding that the holidays don't feel quite the same, this workshop was created with you in mind.
